CampSite 360 Adds Interactive Maps to Virtual Tour Offering
CampSite 360 is excited to introduce interactive campground maps embedded into customer websites.
CampSite 360 has been leveraging interactive campground maps since the company’s launch in October 2020. The interactive maps leverage a campground’s existing map and enable guests to select campsites and amenities for quick navigation. To date, interactive maps have only been used within virtual tours.
The latest development now allows CampSite 360’s interactive maps to be embedded into the customer’s website and replaces the existing .jpg or .pdf maps that are standard in the outdoor hospitality industry. This new development will help increase guest engagement and provide easy access to the information guests are looking for when searching for campsites.
“We are very excited to share about our interactive maps. This has been one of the single most requested features this year,” said TJ Ammond, owner of CampSite 360. “Campgrounds and management companies have been requesting this feature and love the idea of placing images in front of guests early in the reservation process to help to drive bookings and increased site rates.”
As of October 2022, CampSite 360 has released six interactive maps, with more being released each week.
• Columbus Jellystone Park – Mt. Gilead Ohio
• Mt. Gilead KOA – Mt Gilead Ohio
• Hocking Hills Jellystone Park – Nelsonville Ohio
• Ames Brook Campground – Ashland NH
• Camping on the Batten Kill – Arlington VT
• Old Orchard Beach Campground – Old Orchard Beach ME
CampSite 360 will have a booth at the upcoming 2022 OHCE and KOA trade shows and will have virtual tours and interactive maps on display.
About CampSite 360
CampSite 360 was founded to help outdoor hospitality businesses boost revenue and guest engagement through interactive 360° virtual tours. As avid campers, we knew the frustration and time spent searching for an available campsite that would ensure our weekend or vacation was a success. With limited information available on specific campsites, we set out to change how guests interact with campgrounds and select campsites. Learn more at campsite360.com
